Hey there, welcome to my little home on the internet where I’ve tried to collate and collect a little of my digital life into one place. It also gives me an online forum for creating blog posts that mostly I’ll only be interested in reading, or to reminisce, or to have a lovely nostalgic trip down memory lane. Maybe you’ll be interested too, but the main purpose of the blog is not for self publication, but for self motivation and an area to collate my thoughts, experience and ideas.
But maybe you’ll enjoy a little bit here and there as well.
Ever since I was a kid I have loved playing, creating, crafting, destroying, inspecting, querying and breaking the mold of the norm – and thus this blog will be a mashup of a host of weird, wonderful, mainstream, crazy, hip, decidedly un-hip and plain stupid interests that I currently have. Thrown into the cement mixer of blog posts you’ll find a collation of interests that include ….

And much more. You’ll probably see some or all of these areas mentioned throughout the blog.
I currently reside in the cold, but more frequently wet, Vancouver in Canada (although maybe if I wrote this page in the summer this description would change). I moved here in late 2011 with my girlfreind Hannah, and we have enjoyed it ever since. It is a beautiful city that offers so much of what Han and I enjoy in life within a stones throw of the apartment that we feel lucky to have experienced life out here, and feel grateful that we took the plunge to try life on the other side of the pond. Before that I lived in the UK, finding my roots in the Birmingham area, and it’s still where my home heart lies.
I currently work as a freelance web developer / programming geekoid, and develop and maintain a host of websites. Im available for hire if you want some web stuff done!
Although this blog was re-started in February 2012, I’m going to be adding posts from a host of blogs I’ve tried to maintain over the past 10+ years, so expect some of my younger self to appear if you traverse back through the archives.
